Rental Agreement

By placing an order with Arrow Dumpster Rentals Plus, the Customer agrees to rent a dumpster for the agreed-upon rental period and to comply with all terms listed in this agreement.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

Rental Period

The standard rental period is 1-7 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

Additional days may incur daily rental fees.
The Customer must request extensions before the scheduled pickup date.
The Company may retrieve the dumpster at the end of the rental period without further notice.

Placement of Dumpster

The Customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is:

Safe and accessible for delivery trucks
Free from overhead obstacles (power lines, tree limbs, etc.)
Able to support the weight of the dumpster and truck

The Company is not responsible for damage to driveways, concrete, pavement, lawns, or underground utilities resulting from dumpster placement.

Acceptable Materials

Customers may dispose of general construction debris, household junk, and other approved waste materials.

Prohibited Materials

The following materials are strictly prohibited and may result in additional fees or refusal of pickup:

Hazardous waste
Chemicals and solvents
Paints and oils
Batteries
Tires
Asbestos
Medical waste
Propane tanks
Refrigerators or appliances containing refrigerants (unless approved)
Flammable or explosive materials
Radioactive materials

The Customer assumes all responsibility for any prohibited items placed in the dumpster.

Weight Limits

Each dumpster includes a maximum weight allowance based on dumpster size.

If the weight exceeds the included allowance, overage fees will apply based on landfill charges and hauling costs.

The Customer agrees to pay all overweight charges.

Level Loading Requirement

Debris must not exceed the top rim of the dumpster.

Overfilled dumpsters may:

Be refused for pickup
Require the Customer to remove excess material
Result in additional service charges

Access for Pickup

The Customer must ensure the dumpster is accessible for pickup on the scheduled date.

If the Company cannot access the dumpster due to vehicles, locked gates, or obstacles, trip fees may apply.

Damage and Liability

The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the dumpster while in their possession, including but not limited to:

Fire damage
Structural damage
Unauthorized relocation
Theft or vandalism

Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the Customer if damage occurs.

Property Damage Disclaimer

Dumpster trucks are heavy vehicles that may cause surface damage to:

Asphalt
Concrete
Driveways
Lawns
Private roads

By ordering service, the Customer assumes all risk of property damage related to dumpster placement or pickup.

Permits and Regulations

The Customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits if the dumpster is placed on:

Public streets
Sidewalks
Municipal property

Failure to obtain permits is the Customer's responsibility.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit or debit card
Online payment
Invoice (for approved accounts)
Cash

The Company reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for:

Overage fees
Extra rental days
Prohibited material disposal
Trip fees
Damage or cleaning fees

Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If the dumpster has already been dispatched, a delivery fee may apply.

Weather and Safety

The Company reserves the right to delay delivery or pickup due to:

Severe weather
Unsafe road conditions
Safety concerns

Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Arrow Dumpster Rentals Plus, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of the rented dumpster.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrow Dumpster Rentals Plus shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits
Property damage resulting from normal service operations

Changes to Terms

Arrow Dumpster Rentals Plus reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental and use of dumpsters and related services provided by Arrow Dumpster Rentals Plus ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a roll-off dumpster rental company serving Conway, Greenbrier, North Little Rock, Russellville, Morrilton, Mayflower, Maumelle, Clinton, Central Arkansas, and surrounding areas.
